Review: TP-Link or Philips Hue smart lights, which are best?!

In my latest installment, I review, compare and recommend a smart light bulb. Are you looking to get into the smart bulb game for your home, but have no idea where you should start? This video will discuss the TP-Link smart wifi light bulb and Philips Hue smart bulbs.

TP-Link Smart Bulb
Change the color and intensity as you wish, navigate the tunable white light from warm to cool until you feel comfortable. Smart Wi-Fi bulbs can be controlled separately or as a group, and your favorite settings can be saved as scenes accessible in Kasa app. TP-Link has put together some great, high quality and vibrant bulbs that do not require a hub to connect them to. The bulbs connect via the TP-Link Kasa application, for ease of handling and changing your lights.

Smart Philips Hue LED bulbs
Philips Hue is one of the original creators of smart bulbs, and the 2nd generation Hue bulbs are no different. The hue bulbs are easy to connect, setup and control, but there are some limits. The smart and energy-efficient LED lights bring Philips Hue to life. They deliver bright and beautiful light for your daily activities, special moments, and immersive experiences. They’re practical too. They dim. They flash. They pulse. They do pretty much anything you want. And they’re available in different shapes, sizes and models to suit your home.

Watch the video to see which lights you should purchase for your house, condo or apartment! If you’re looking for two of the best smart light bulbs to choose from, these are two of the best!

We should do a collab video – i could come film you. I have a DSLR with many fast prime lens, we could BLOW OUT the background and give everything a creamy look. Then we could use my go pro or this camera for a different angle. Lemme know if you are interested.

Good review; I just started buying Philips Hue stuff. I have some TP Link HS100 switches that I wanted to automate via IFTTT – I ended up writing my own web server stuff and using the web call from IFTTT to send a list of which switches to turn off to my server.

Tplink doesn’t work with Apple HomeKit. So no Siri for tplink.
