Great review, love the simplicity and aesthetics in this video. Too bad the bulb is quite expensive, got myself a budget one called Xiaomi Yeelight, not as packed with features like this one but does the job quite well for 20$. Check my review out if you feel like doing so 🙂 Subbed ya!

Zeredic says:

Do you still have no issues like connection issues?

Thesoulpills says:

is anyone else having an issue with the bulbs being super hot even when off? i have the ir ones and they are scorching to the touch. i have disabled the IR and this still happens.

This is B Davis says:

hey Alex. this video came just in time. my buddy whole apartment is Philip hue. I heard of these bulbs. I think I’m going with these. especially with the price says:

Like you mentioned, I’m leaning to LIFX over Philips because of the hub req’t. My reservation is that several reviews indicate the LIFX bulbs drop from their network regularly and they have to reset the bulbs? Have you seen that issue? Thanks.

Josh C says:

Lifx bulbs are also brighter!

ZettabyteGamer says:

Awesome video, thanks for showing me this brand.

sachin joseph says:

Thanks for the great review. You were mentioning about a variant that comes with only yellow light and without the other million colours. Could you share which variant that is?

Thomas Witte says:

Hey man! Im wanting to buy some of these bulbs but I have heard a lot of people complaining about the lights dropping off of the network. Have you had any connectivity issues with these? Thank you!!! 😀

trejkaz says:

What they don’t tell you is that all the lights disconnect from the network and then don’t reconnect again. So every day or two you have to turn all the light switches on and off once anyway.

I wish they could at least support some other wireless protocol so that even if they can’t implement wifi correctly I can still control my lights.

mohammed zakariya says:

Hi. Can I control 6 lifx bulbs or more in one group ? does the group work as well with alexa ?

James' Tech Life says:

Your lighting game has definitely stepped up bud! Fantastic review.

Jesse says:

Great vid man!

Anthony Barone says:

Great video! By the way, you can just double-tap the light strip in the app for it to flip directions. Maybe this is for the iOS app only, but give it a try! That will solve your problem 🙂

Ian Womack says:

Dude these lights are dope! Definitely gonna cop me a pair of these very soon! Loved your content! Keep it up!
